my little blessings list

i'm grateful for....

- gentle baby breath on my cheek
- the sweet smell of baby breath
- little baby kisses on my cheek
- little doe eyes that look up while nursing
- smiling down on such a beautiful gift from God
- tiny hands that wrap around my fingers, or reach out to for
reassurance that mommy is right there
- little bobble heads with eyes of wonder, looking about the room or
watching older siblings play
- soft spots on baby cheeks and necks to kiss and nuzzle
- excited arms and legs flailing when mommy plays with baby
- happy baby sounds, giggles, rasberries, trying out new pipes
- baby situps
- older siblings tenderly talking and kissing little baby
- cuddles
- quiet moments of play and cooing when everyone else is asleep
- little toddlers who hold my hand and lead me to their surprises
- talking about our day before bed, after our prayers
- seeing the world through the childrens' eyes
- kids who love to learn
- imaginations hard at work
- reading the story again and again
- folding little underpants, little onesies
- leg hugs
- eating what the children cook in their play kitchen
- talking about the weather and the world around us
- having the confidence of a child
- peeking in on the kids when they are asleep
- tickle sessions
- playing with the childrens' hair
- listening to their prayers
- eavesdropping while they play
- walking together in creation

many more, that i can't think of. so many special moments. i'm so
very, very blessed to be with my children.
