Cranberry Chicken (or Roast)

This recipe is versatile. We've had it with top round roast in the crockpot, and it was excellent. This recipe is for the oven. Very simple.

Cranberry Chicken

1 can of cranberry sauce
6-8 Chicken Breasts
1 package onion soup mix
8 oz bottle of French salad dressing

Put the chicken in a greased casserole dish. Mix the other 3 ingredients in a bowl & pour over the chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for 1-1 1/2 hours. Serve with rice & veggies.
